About the event
You are Invited to explore Chakra Healing with Sarah and Ana!
This beautiful workshop will provide specific ways to tune into your Energy Systems and receive healing, peace, and self-love.
Through Mindfulness, Movement, Chakra Journaling and Connection with ourselves and others we are able to gain clarity and insight about our journey.
We will create opportunities for self-love, reflection, expression, and empowerment.
High Frequency Snacks & Teas will be provided.
Please Bring your Yoga Mat & Props if you have them.
You are welcome to bring a blanket, a journal, and any other fidgets or calming items.
